I went through a HELL OF AN EXPERIENCE on my last FULLTIME JOB and I handled the experience with professional tactics and documented it with approximately 20 witnesses. There is WIDESPREAD RACISM by The State of Illinois. I FILED SEVERAL LAWSUITS and After I went after the Governor of the State (Jim Edgar) in Federal Court, I realized this ENTIRE country is racist to its core. My solution was to keep documenting until I was a victim of so much false reporting, they got rid of me. I was such a pain in their butts that a friend called me and said the institution I worked at had a party like atmosphere after my release from employment. LUCKILY, I had a backup plan after being WHITE LISTED.
YOU MUST HAVE A BACK UP PLAN because YOUR SPIRIT will be deeply affected and they love making us sick with their POISONOUS BEHAVIOR.

If you haven't TRAVELED the physical realm extensively, YOUR KNOWLEDGE base is LIMITED by YOUR LACK of EXPERIENCE.
Start your day by knowing that you have a divine purpose on this physical realm; even if it just mean being kind to someone who needs help. It may not make you popular but it will resonate throughout eternity within your soul. Have great day and a better future!

The truth is my guiding principle, and I shall not ignore it.
It gives me an innerpeace, when confusion is all around me.
It reminds me to relax, focus and concentrate, before I speak in anger.

Have you ever had dreams that were so powerful that you can't forget them? I know I have and usually my dreams are a warning for myself and my family. One of the most powerful dreams came to me when I was 18 years of age. I was sleeping on a ship off the coast of Vietnam. This dream showed my throat being cut and I left my body and was floating above my body. I could see myself lying in a puddle of blood that was spurting from neck like a fountain. There was no one around me and I was left alone on the rear of the ship in this dream. As I floated further and further away from my body, I woke up. I was sweating profusely and I told my best friend that we were going to be attacked that night. He looked at me and laughed and said, "how do you know that?" I told him that I had a powerful dream and this was like no other dream that I ever had before. He was skeptical and said, "oh, I'm suppose to believe your dreams too!" I told him to forget I ever told him that because he was a skeptic by nature. But he didn't forget it. He was a talkative person and by noon everyone in our division (on the ship) knew. They were coming up to me laughing and saying things like, "are you the Prophet? Can you tell me my future?" I had to ignore these kinds of comments all day and I promised myself that I wouldn't tell my best friend about anything else. He was a blabbermouth! But that turned out to be good.
That night, while I was standing the midnight watch, on the rear of the ship, we ran into another ship. I had remained fully alert and I kept my 45 automatic pistol ready for firing. There were enemy soldiers climbing on board our ship with knives in their mouths and general quarters was sounded. All hands were ordered to man their battle stations. I remembered my vision from my dream and I was doing everything to make sure that this dream didn't come true. Afterwards, we took prisoners, and put them in the brig (a temporary place of confinement) on board the ship. My friend came up to me and said: "Man you predicted this!" All I could say was "I'm glad you told everybody." We didn't lose too many lives on the our side. But, it wasn't over yet, because the worse was yet to come.
Later that day, we pulled into a harbor for a survey of the damages. That was a big mistake! The reason I write that is because snipers were waiting for us and soldiers were coming out of the water from all sides of the ship. I was running in an erratic manner so I wouldn't get picked off by a sniper's bullet. I alerted the crew and we became battle station ready again. This time we weren't so lucky and there were several casualties.
After all of this occurred and we resolved the problem on board ship, people began to look at me differently. My ability to see things before they happen spread throughout the ship and MOST people were incredibly nice to me. It was a strange feeling because I was use to people ignoring me.
When we got back to the U.S., I was given several medals for valor. It was a classified mission so I wasn't allowed to discuss the events with anybody. Even today, I don't go into specifics.
Naturally, there are people who will not believe this story, but it is absolutely true!

Elijah Grant, ND is a new force on the scene in several communities. He has been helping people with their health issues for over 40 years and has recently made his home in the Atlanta area. He has an extensive background in helping people change their self destructive ways and most of his accomplishments were derived from working with our youths in the prison system. He has studied Afrikan Liberation Theology, Drug Education, Black Psychology, Metaphysics, Energetics, Astrology, Alternative Medicine (which include herbal remedies from several parts of the world) & Natural Healing for melanin dominant people. He is on a sacred mission to assist as many people as possible in order to make this a better world for our Ascendants.

I could NEVER get comfortable around a group of Europeans after serving in Vietnam with some of them. Plus, after working for the State of Illinois as a Officer and Correctional Counselor, I have CONCRETE PROOF their intentions are to use you and throw you away.
SO-CALLED White Supremacy dominates us because of its MIND NUMBING religion. This religion tells you to LOVE your enemy, turn the other cheek if you are struck, and suffer through atrocities without addressing the problems yourself because God will save you if you suffer righteously. This is MENTACIDE at its best. The reason I call it that is because a people who depend on a divine force without loving themselves enough to defend themselves, is a doomed, fear struck, and mentally unsound people. That is what many of us have become and SO-CALLED White Supremacy is moving in on our children.

I (Elijah Grant) went after Illinois singlehandedly when I was harassed by the state and local government because:
*I couldn't find any organization or person that would help me with my Federal cases (I checked with every Black group in existence at the time--1993) so I had to do all the legal research, writing, and paying all the fees myself. I was studying for 18 hours per day sometimes and I even tried to get students from Kent Law School to help. The students wanted to help but their professor at the law school was scared of the political element of my case. In essence, he was a supporter of political corruption that endorsed the destruction of young Afrikan men and women in prisons. This part of my life was the most enlightening of all. I found out that many schools of law and the so-called government and the agencies it supported were all corrupt to their core. I also found out that the judicial branch of the federal government was the biggest joke of all when it came to protecting our rights as so-called citizens of this country.
I later found out that "citizens" wasn't the term used for Afrikans. Plus I found out that the Equal Protection Statutes meant very little in their court system.
I've been on a one man crusade for the longest time! I've been sounding the warnings (ABOUT OUR GENOCIDE) in every way possible!

This is Elijah Grant's second lawsuit alleging that employees of the Sheridan Correctional Center in Sheridan, Illinois discriminated against him on the basis of race. Grant worked as a counselor at the prison. The first suit claimed that Grant was given the worst caseload of any counselor, was excluded from certain assignments, and was subjected to numerous disciplinary proceedings solely because he was black in violation of the Fourteenth Amendment's Equal Protection clause. The suit was dismissed on the merits and we affirmed. Grant v. Pfoltner, No. 94-1019 (7th Cir. Jan. 11, 1996) (unpublished order). In this action, Grant again alleges a violation of the Fourteenth Amendment as well as a Title VII claim because the defendants have continued their discriminatory behavior and have purportedly retaliated against him for filing numerous complaints with state and federal agencies. The district court granted the defendants' motion to dismiss on the basis of res judicata. We hold that res judicata bars only a portion of Grant's second action.

To maintain a claim under Title VII, the plaintiff must first file a charge with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC"), obtain a right-to-sue letter, and then file a complaint in federal court within ninety days of receipt of the letter. 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5(e), (f). These administrative requirements are "conditions precedent," similar to statutes of limitations, which are subject to equitable modification. Zipes v. Trans World Airlines, Inc., 455 U.S. 385, 393, 102 S.Ct. 1127, 1132 (1982); Perkins v. Silverstein, 939 F.2d 463, 469-70 (7th Cir.1991) (collecting cases).

Grant failed to allege in his complaint that he received a right-to-sue letter or that he filed the federal action within the required 90 days. Grant filed a charge with the EEOC alleging that the Illinois Department of Corrections retaliated against him for filing discrimination charges in 1991. The charge is stamped "Received Oct 27 1993." This action was filed on December 10, 1993. Only after the district court dismissed the case did Grant submit a right-to-sue letter. The letter, dated August 2, 1994, was received and filed by the district court on August 8, 1994. R. 45. Even assuming that the letter relates to the retaliation claim, Grant's attempt to cure the defect in his complaint was untimely. The Title VII claim was subject to dismissal prior to Grant's receipt of a right-to-sue letter. The receipt of the letter after the complaint had been filed but before it had been dismissed could have effectively cured the deficiency in the original complaint. Perkins, 939 F.2d at 471. However, Grant's request to file the letter came too late because the district court had dismissed the case the prior month. Accordingly, the Title VII claim was properly dismissed.

We now turn to Grant's Fourteenth Amendment claim which the district court dismissed in its entirety upon the basis of res judicata. Under the federal rules of claim preclusion, a subsequent suit is barred when there is a final judgment on the merits in the first suit as well as identity of the parties or their privies and identity of causes of action. Conner v. Reinhard, 847 F.2d 384, 394 (7th Cir.), cert. denied, 488 U.S. 856 (1988). The bar extends to all issues that were raised or could have been raised in the prior action. Shaver v. F.W. Woolworth Co., 840 F.2d 1361, 1364 (7th Cir.), cert. denied, 488 U.S. 856 (1988). We agree with the district court's decision only with respect Grant's claims of unequal treatment in case assignments and in disciplinary proceedings occurring prior to the filing of his first lawsuit. In that suit, filed on June 15, 1993, the district court granted the defendants' motion for summary judgment, finding no evidence that Grant had been treated differently from other counselors in the assignment of caseloads and in disciplinary proceedings. Grant v. Pfoltner, No. 93 C 3579 (N.D.Ill. Dec. 16, 1993), aff'd, No. 94-1019 (7th Cir. Jan. 11, 1996) (unpublished order). Thus, Grant's identical claim in this suit is barred.

In the prior action, Grant also vaguely referred to numerous disciplinary proceedings during which his constitutional rights were violated. He specifically directed the court's attention to an incident occurring on February 10, 1993 for which Grant was charged with conduct unbecoming an officer because he failed to cooperate and assist security officers in conducting an inmate count during one of his classes. In this case, Grant focuses on another incident involving a breach of security which occurred on June 30, 1993, fifteen days after the filing of the first suit, No. 93 C 3579. Grant allegedly failed to follow prison procedures when he moved an inmate to a different cell because of threats to the inmate's physical safety. He was found in violation of the procedure for the June 30 incident on September 29, 1993 and given a three day suspension. Although Grant alleges a pattern of ongoing discrimination in his complaint, we find that this claim is sufficiently different to present a separate claim.

The charges in this action are based on a different set of historical facts wholly unrelated to those which were before the district court in the first suit. Grant could not have filed an amended complaint in the prior action without permission from the court because the defendants had already answered the complaint by the end of September. Fed.R.Civ.P. 15(a). Moreover, defendants Renkosik, Tovrea, Wade, and Peters were not named in the first suit and therefore are not in privity with any of the defendants in that action. Thus, claim preclusion may not be used to bar Grant's claim of discrimination with respect to disciplinary proceedings held after the filing of the first suit which are based on a different set of facts.

Based on the foregoing, we affirm the dismissal of the Title VII claim and the dismissal of the equal protection claim as it relates to the case assignment issue. We reverse the dismissal of the Fourteenth Amendment claim with respect to the allegedly discriminatory disciplinary actions taken against Grant occurring after the filing of the first suit and REMAND for further proceedings.

Also: Three years earlier a lightning bolt hit Sheridan's Administration Building and set it on fire. COINCIDENT? I don't think so. I do KNOW that stranger things have happened to DEMONIC people. By the way, this fire shut the building down for a long time while I was working there and suing them.

This is a newsletter that included my picture in a class while I was attending The University of Illinois is Champaign/Urbana, Illinois. (1981) I upset a lot of Neanderthals because of my outspokenness. FBI renegades (from the SHADOW GOVERNMENT) made several visits to my apartment.
Also:
I predicted "NO ONE would be safe" in a newsletter 24 years ago when I was targeted for a COINTELPRO 666 candidate SMEAR CAMPAIGN. The things I saw made me sick to my stomach and NOW the forces of EVIL are becoming even more widespread. You can't say that you were not warned.
