Why WORRY?
Similar to the effect of stress and anxiety, worrying about the future creates a chain of negative energy into your life. In order to create an abundant future, you have to first believe the future you want is waiting for you.
When you meditate on a bad future, you are creating the future you don’t want. The universe delivers what you ruminate upon; so stop thinking about things that will lower your frequency. Ensure you are focusing your energy on a quality one and that will, in turn, boost your frequency now.

When I watched “Wakanda Forever” I wanted to see signs that the mentality of Afrikans have improved but what I saw was a well crafted MIND CONTROL spectacle that was loaded with subliminal messages that will wreak havoc on the impressionable and immature person. I want to be clear that I’m not in the habit of criticizing good acting or great special effects but I am a concerned professional when I see psychological manipulation being deployed throughout the movie. In all honesty, most people I talked to tell me they enjoyed it but I can’t say the same because I saw images and ideas that will eventually damage the minds of a gullible and naïve people. My perception of what is brilliant and ingenious has been taken to another level and I attribute that feeling to seeing so much self hatred and lack of harmony in our communities. I’ve realized we have sunk so low on the self esteem scale until we will defend people who slaughter us and form alliances with those same monsters of humanity.

Both the words conceive and perceive are related to ideas and concepts. The conception influences perception through experience or expectation and equally our perception of something equally can change with experience or knowledge and is likely to influence our future conception about that particular thing or object. Both the terms promotes each other.

hired me at Sheridan, so I figured that state
officials didn't want me sharing my insights
about his murder with a warden who had
befriended the victim.
Killing Black officials had become customary.
A couple of years earlier, Warden Virdeen
Willis had been murdered while on the streets
of Chicago, so being a Black in corrections
was a deathcall for anyone who mistreated or
worked for this satanic cult known as prison

Elijah Grant appeals the district court's denial of his request to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP) and its termination of his case. We vacate and remand.
Grant was an employee of the Illinois Department of Corrections, working as a correctional counselor at Sheridan Correctional Center. He was terminated for allegedly violating departmental rules. Thereafter he brought suit pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., 42 U.S.C. § 1983, 42 U.S.C. § 1988, alleging that his termination was motivated by race discrimination. The district court denied Grant's requests for counsel and to proceed IFP, and terminated the case. We assume that the district court dismissed Grant's suit pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(d). However, the court provided no statement to that effect or reasons for the dismissal. The court similarly did not explain its reasons for denying IFP. We review the district court's denial of Grant's requests and the dismissal of the suit for an abuse of discretion. Denton v. Hernandez, 112 S. Ct. 1728, 1734 (1992).

Dr.Fuller traveled to several African nations, including Botswana, South Africa, and Zambia to help members of the clergy to better understand the science behind HIV and AIDS and how to help educate their congregations on the impact of AIDS impacts in their communities. Dr. Fuller most recently served on the Vaccine and Biological Products Advisory Committee of the Food and Drug Administration whose most recent work was the emergency release of the COVID-19 vaccine.
Fuller was an ordained itinerant elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church in the Michigan Annual Conference and served as an adjunct faculty member at Payne Theological Seminary. She also served for several years as a columnist for The Christian Recorder writing a column “Getting to Zero” advocating for HIV/AIDS awareness and programs throughout the AME Church.
Fuller died on November 18, 2022, after a brief non-COVID-related illness. Funeral arrangements are forthcoming.

CRITICAL RACE THEORY will be downplayed because of history like this:
"Chattel Slavery"
Even though he had studied under the abolitionist Dr. Rush in Philadelphia, Cartwright contributed ideas and literature to those southerners who defended slavery. He is now most well known for describing a condition he called "drapetomania", or the desire to flee from servitude. According to Cartwright, drapetomania is a mental disorder akin to alienation [madness]. He said that slaves should be kept in a submissive state and treated like children, with "care, kindness, attention, and humanity to prevent and cure them from running away." If they nonetheless became dissatisfied with their condition, they should be whipped as a prevention against running away.[2] In describing his theory and cure for drapetomania, Cartwright relied on passages of scripture dealing with slavery.
Cartwright also described another disorder, "Dysaethesia aethiopica", a disease "affecting both mind and body." Cartwright used his theory to explain the apparent lack of work ethic among slaves.[3] Dysaethesia aethiopica, "called by overseers 'rascality'," was characterized by partial insensitivity of the skin and "so great a hebetude of the intellectual faculties, as to be like a person half asleep." Other symptoms included "lesions of the body discoverable to the medical observer, which are always present and sufficient to account for the symptoms."[4][5]
According to Cartwright, dysaethesia aethiopica was "much more prevalent among free negroes living in clusters by themselves, than among slaves on our plantations, and attacks only such slaves as live like free negroes in regard to diet, drinks, exercise, etc." — indeed, according to Cartwright, "nearly all [free negroes] are more or less afflicted with it, that have not got some white person to direct and to take care of them."
My comment: I'm sure that Oppositional Defiant Disorder is Drapetomania. They consider Lauryn Hill a runaway SLAVE.

Justice Roger Taney's infamous opinion in Dred Scott Decision of 1857 was mainly concerned about our rights to PROTECT ourselves. In that vein he denied our human rights. He wrote ".. because if they were citizens, they would have the right to own guns: “It would give them the full liberty he said, “to keep and carry arms wherever they went.”

The first time my wife and I appeared in federal court, we felt like we were in the lion's den. We had an eerie feeling that we were about to be crucified for standing up against the police department in Bolingbrook, Illinois . Everybody in federal court was Caucasian! My lovely spouse and I were representing ourselves and the police department had sent a lawyer to represent them who looked like a midget with big ears. The judge was irate that my case was in his court. He yelled at the Bolingbrook Department's lawyer and asked, "can’t your clients handle things down there without having this case in my courtroom?" The midget lawyer just smiled and told the judge that he wanted to contest the fact that I had served a police officer a summons in an open courtroom in front of witnesses. The judge didn't want to hear about this technicality. He stated "didn't your client receive the summons?" The midget lawyer
said “yes.” Then the judge replied "well ,consider yourself properly served!" I was smiling because I felt a sense of power for the moment. We were actually forcing the system to work for us but this good feeling didn’t last long.
Just to show you how quickly attitudes changed in regards to our case, the judge dismissed the case stating that it was not properly served to the police department. We were upset that once again we had been denied an opportunity to be heard. But that setback didn't stop us because we immediately filed another lawsuit and I mailed it to the defendants (the Police Department) by certified mail with a return receipt requested.
Officer Richard Moles refused to pick up his mail at the post office so I had a relative and a friend deliver the summons to the police station. Being properly served with legal papers was no longer an issue.
The next time we appeared in federal court, the Bolingbrook Police Department had hired another legal firm. The same judge was assigned our case and once again he was irritated that we were in his courtroom trying to have our case heard. He scolded the new lawyer because the proper paperwork was not filed but he still allowed him to represent those polished hoodlums from Bolingbrook, Illinois.
This case was a tricky one because we were up against a powerful police department and believe me when I say we were harassed in many ways by them. Everytime a cop saw me driving in Bolingbrook they would follow me until my family and I reached our destination within town. They never stopped us, but the fact that we were being followed by cops all the time was nerve racking.
I would document the incident and mail it to the Justice Department in Washington D.C. I never received any reply from the Justice Department, but I felt it was my duty to inform them of corrupt practices in Illinois where law-abiding citizens were being harassed.
There was no limit to how many cops were in on the harassment because they were all working together. To show you just how ridiculous their harassment was, I had a ticket slid under my front door by a cop for putting my old refrigerator outside to be picked up by the sanitation workers. The ticket claimed that I had failed to tear the front door off of the refrigerator before putting it outside. What the ticket failed to mention was the fact that the refrigerator was still in a big box until some stranger removed it from the box.
When I went to the police station I was livid and I wanted to know why I had to pay a $500 fine for putting a refrigerator outside to be picked up? The desk officer claimed that children could crawl inside the refrigerator and smother to death. I told her that it was in a box (until someone took the box), so no child could crawl into it. The ticket was dropped but the harassment continued. My wife-and I would get up early in the morning around 5:00 am and we would see a police car parked in front of our house on several occasions. When I would go outside, the
policeman would drive off. This happened at least 5 times.
The police had began to follow me all the time when I was going to work and when I documented the incident, I would mail the incident report to the Justice Department, and every other Black organization I could think of at that time.
My family and I were victims of targeting by a corrupt cop in Bolingbrook, IL. We were driving along one day and all the cars were in bumper to bumper traffic. This cop named Richard Moles, had his lights flashing, making a turn off the street we were approaching, at the intersection. He was going in the opposite direction and when he recognized our car and our complexion, he made a U-turn and blocked traffic that was proceeding both ways.
When he got behind us, my 2 daughters looked at me in shock. I can't write what my queen said about him but it was clear that this cop was racist. This corrupt cop had the nerve to come to our car and tell us that we were speeding in bumper to bumper traffic. I was so angry that I got out of the vehicle and went to a truck that was behind the police car and talked to the driver who had been detained also by this crooked cop. To make a long story short, he gave the guy in the truck and me a ticket. He claimed we were both doing the same speed in bumper-to- bumper traffic. The other driver was a Latino male and I was Afrikan. I wrote a letter to the chief of police and never got a reply.

In case some people cite the 14th Amendment as overriding the DRED SCOTT Decision:
Please show me where the 14th Amendment is protecting us in reality. We can't even get a HATE CRIME BILL like other ethnic groups.

ACCORDING to many courts, congress, and executive branch ACTIONS, I can only go back to the Dred Scott Decision based upon DENIAL OF CITIZEN RIGHTS. I have filed several state /federal lawsuits and were denied due process and equal protection under the 14th Amendment. I'm speaking facts, rather than philosophy.
