I had a nightmare that NAZI like mandates were put into effect by a secret group of people. I woke up and saw an incompetent puppet telling us (in so many words) that we must make ourselves sick 😷 with a poison ☠️ jab so everyone else could feel more secure. I’m NEVER giving them my body to destroy. That’s FINAL.

But why do you Europeans go through the trouble of creating the appearance of legality in their dealings with MAJORITY peoples? Why not simply steal and exploit without the charade? The answer is (1) that this "acting out" constitutes a strategical tool that politically disarms the victims of European expansion, and (2) it plays an important part in the maintenance and support of the European self-image. The importance of this self-image must not be underestimated. One of the deepest beliefs of the Europeans is in the related notions of "civilization," "progress," and the "evolutionary" superiority of their culture. The concept of "codified law" is a definitive ingredient of that of civilization; for with civilization, according to European ideology, comes order and legality assures "lasting order" - not moral conduct but consistent and predicable conduct. So that the "civilized" way - the European way - is to bring laws, however forcibly, and the structures of European culture ("civilization") to those whom one treats immorally and for whom one has no respect. Along with "development," this justifies expansionism - for after all, Europeans bring "law and order" to people who must have previously lived quite "disorderly" lives (or so they believe). "Good" law is written law and therefore truly legal; unwritten law is not really law; it is "bad" and backward. How many times have the victims of European hypocrisy been duped into trying to deal with those laws rather than with the true nature of European ethic? [Page 414]
The Relationship between European intercultural behavior and European behavior towards others is that the lack of love (sympathetic relationship) for each other requires an "other" to absorb aggression and to allow a bond of identification to form between the members of the culture. Therefore, while power and racialism may play a apart in the collective behavior of other cultural groups, only Europeans are racist by nature and because of their culture. This is so because (1) they are the only people whose cultural asili is energized by the drive for power, (2) because racism can be defined as systematic behavior resulting from xenophobia, in combination with the concrete circumstances of power, and (3) finally because only the European utamaroho is insufficient, in itself, therefore demanding a cultural/racial "other" to relate to. This combination makes "racism" endemic to European culture and defines the goal of white supremacy, European power over others, as the supreme goal of white culture. That is the statement that no other culture can make. [Page 482] Dr. Marimba Ani
Yurugu: An Afrikan Centered Critique Of European Thought & Behavior
"After viewing all the evidence over the past 50 years, there is no doubt we are dealing with a people (aka YURUGU) with a lack of firmness in good judgment. This poor behavior, which is indicative of their moral decline, illustrate their deficient nature. Their monstrous display of violent tendencies is shown to us repeatedly throughout their contact with people all over the world. There is NO CLEAR SIGN these proclivities or inclinations will ever change. Their degenerative minds are a THREAT to all people who wish to live in peace." Prophetically Enlightened Elder Dr. E.
Monsters of War

Eating avariciously loud
Destroying hopes and dreams
With the nerve to be proud
The world will be shocked
When destruction comes around
Brace yourself firmly

Rapacious behavior flourishes
Because of a citizenry of stillness
Victors call it a magnificent conquest
I call it a severe form of *MENTAL ILLNESS.*

LOOKING AT HISTORY BELOW
When Rosa Lee Ingram and her two sons received the death penalty in 1948 for murdering a white landowner in rural Georgia, civil rights activists from across the nation rushed to her defense. The Ingram case represented an example of the emerging Cold War politics of racial protest and helped trigger local challenges to Jim Crow in the southwest corner of Georgia.
In November 1947, Ingram was working on the land she sharecropped near the small town of Ellaville, Georgia when John Stratford, a white neighbor, angrily confronted her about some livestock that had roamed onto his property. Later testimony suggested that Stratford threatened Ingram sexually. As Rosa Lee Ingram fought Stratford off, sixteen-year-old Wallace Ingram and fourteen-year-old Sammie Lee Ingram came to her defense with farm implements. Stratford died from several blows to the head and local authorities soon charged the three Ingrams with murder. A one-day trial with an all-white jury resulted in death sentences for the three, while a fourth son, Charles, was acquitted in a separate trial due to lack of evidence.
The Ingram case received national press attention during the post-World War II era when the southern justice system and Jim Crow itself were under new scrutiny. Members of the Atlanta chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) rushed down to appeal the verdict, providing support to local white lawyer appointed to the case, S. Hawkins Dykes. The Civil Rights Congress (CRC), a left-based organization, also became involved in raising funds for the Ingrams and publicizing their cause but also generating tensions with the NAACP which harkened back to the political splits seen in the Scottsboro cases of the 1930s. When the Ingrams appealed in 1948, Georgia courts reduced the death sentences to life imprisonment but refused to take further action. The NAACP and the CRC’s formal protests thus increasingly stalled due to both strategy conflicts and the continuing power of the southern legal system.
At this point, female activists emerged as a critical political voice on behalf of Rosa Lee Ingram and her sons, often working across traditional alliances of race and class. For example, the CRC supported the creation of the National Committee to Free the Ingram Family which was headed by Mary Church Terrell, long a leader of the black women’s club movement. This group petitioned the United Nations to address the Ingram case as both a matter of human rights and women’s rights. Other groups such as the Sojourners for Truth and Justice linked the Ingram case to the failures of the southern legal system, calling upon President Harry Truman to take action.
These women’s organizations helped to keep the story of the Ingram family alive in the press into the 1950s. The Ingrams were finally released on parole in 1959 after having been judged to be “model prisoners.” The activism surrounding the case revealed real tensions over leadership and left-based politics but it also demonstrated women’s efforts to highlight gendered critiques of Jim Crow.
"The Livermore lynching is unusual because it is the only one I have come across that took place inside a theatre, but it also reproduces a pattern. First, it gathers the community in a ritual that affirms racial divisions, and second, it stages scenes of extreme violence. Indeed the violence of racially motivated lynching goes hand in hand with the aim to make a spectacle out of the victim and to make that spectacle available for public consumption."

How well do you know cancer?
Not the scientific and medical terms used to describe the disease but general knowledge about the #2 killer in the United States. It’s incredible that there is so much information online about cancer – available with a few simple keystrokes – but how much do you really know?
There are so many forms of cancer, every patient case is unique, and you will never know everything (though that would be fantastic). It can be overwhelming.
What you need is working knowledge about cancer. Who is most at risk? What factors increase cancer risk in the population at large? What can you do to get or stay cancer-free?
Some of these cancer facts are common sense but you’ve probably heard the saying, “Common sense…is not so common.” Even when you know, mentally and physically, that specific lifestyle choices increase your cancer risk…you might not act until it’s too late.
17 Cancer Facts You Need to Know Right Now
Researchers worldwide agree that at least half of all cancers and cancer-related deaths are preventable. In 2014, an estimated 1.6 million deaths will be attributed to cancer – saving half with prevention is an excellent place to start.
Cancer is the single name assigned to more than 100 diseases.
Though cancer was once referred to as a “wasting disease,” it is actually the result of abnormal cells that multiply and spread out of control to various points in your body, damaging healthy cells along the way.
Most types of cancer result in tumors but cancers that affect the blood do not.
Between 5-10% of cancers are hereditary.
If you have an immediate family member – mother, father, sibling, aunt, uncle, cousin, or grandparent – that has been diagnosed with cancer, your cancer risk is higher.
Taking preventative measures and getting regular checkups is a must!
The research is still unclear about the link between different forms of cancer.
Doctors suggest that if you have a family history of cancer that you have a genetic pre-screening done to evaluate your individual risk.
Environmental factors can increase your risk of cancer. The air you breathe, the water you drink, and the food you eat matter.
Pollution, heavy metal toxicity, and even household cleaning products can damage the cells in your body and increase your risk of cancer.
Your home and workplace are the two places you spend the majority of your time. Ensuring your personal safety must be a top priority.
More than 90% of all lung cancer cases are caused by tobacco smoking. Quitting is the number one preventative measure you can take right now to decrease your cancer risk.
Even non-smokers are at risk from secondhand smoke.
A person dies from lung cancer every thirty seconds somewhere in the world and it is the leading cancer killer of men and women in the United States.
Sleep deprivation – defined as less than six hours per day – increases your risk of colon cancer.
Recent studies also showed a higher risk of cancer among those who work night shift schedules.
The benefit of healing sleep is one of the most underestimated ways to keep your body strong and cancer-free.
Every day, more than forty children are diagnosed with cancer – more than 14,000 per year in the United States alone.
Cancer is the #1 killer of children as a result of disease. Today, cancer will claim the lives of four children – more than complications from congenital birth defects, pediatric AIDS, type 1 diabetes, and asthma combined.
The survival rates among children with cancer are not improving because it is often not detected until it has spread too far.
Popular cold cuts, sausage, and hot dogs contain nitrates – you’ll see them on the label as sodium nitrate and potassium nitrite. Nitrates are chemical additives used in processed meats in order to preserve them and add flavor. Preparation with high heat and ingestion causes a chemical reaction with the digestive fluids in your body, converting nitrates to nitrites – a known carcinogen.
Nitrates also filter into groundwater from the use of fertilizer so consider using a filter for drinking water.
Globally, approximately one in every eight deaths is caused by cancer. In fact, cancer causes more deaths than malaria, tuberculosis, and AIDS combined.
Developed countries have higher incidences of cancer. Experts believe it is a combination of diet and lifestyle that affects our overall health.
The most common cancer diagnosed in women cancer of the breast. Breast cancer is the leading cause of cancer death among women. Breast, cervical, and colorectal cancer are the most common diseases for which women are diagnosed.
Lung, prostate, and stomach cancer are the most common diseases for which men are diagnosed. Survival rates for lung cancer are less than 20%. If you smoke and have a job where you inhale toxins, your chance of survival drops to just over 3%.
People aged fifty-five or older have the highest cancer risk.
Approximately 77% of all cancers diagnosed are found in men and women of this age group.
Research has revealed that obesity increases your risk of cancer. It can also affect your chances of survival should you be diagnosed with cancer.
In one study of post-menopausal women with breast cancer, the survival rates were higher in women who maintained a healthy body weight.
You may experience no symptoms of ovarian cancer, lung cancer, or colon cancer until the cancer cells spread to other areas of your body. Early screening is imperative to catching these cancers in time.
Skin cancer is the cancer diagnosed most often. The number of detected skin cancer cases increases steadily every year. Experts believe the popularity of year-round tanning salons and tanning beds that can be used at home may be a primary cause.
Some sun exposure is good for you and increases your body’s production of vitamin D. 10-15 minutes of early morning or late afternoon sun on your hands and face is enough to get your recommended dose of D – more than that and you need to apply (and re-apply as needed) a sunscreen with a minimum of 30 SPF or cover your skin.
Healthy cells have a built-in ability to self-destruct. The scientific name for this process is called apoptosis but health writers refer to it as “cell suicide.” This is the process by which the cell recognizes that damage is present and destroys itself to protect the rest of the body. In cancer cells, this automatic process is absent but scientists don’t know why.
Cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and heart disease have all been linked to a breakdown in apoptosis.
There are foods that can naturally trigger damaged cells to self-destruct via apoptosis. Green tea, berries, turmeric, avocadoes, garlic, kale, and even dark chocolate are just a few of the foods that target and destroy cancer cells. Stay tuned for more on this fascinating process of preventing and fighting cancer from the inside out.
Good Choices = Good Health
You already know but it doesn’t hurt to tell you again: your lifestyle – what you eat, drink, and do with your body – directly impacts your risk of cancer.
A healthy diet, plenty of water, adequate rest, regular exercise, quitting smoking, limiting alcohol, and (in general) treating your body as well as you’d like your body to treat you are the front line defense against all disease – especially cancer.
Yes, you can live a healthy life and still get sick but every expert will confirm that you dramatically reduce your risk of cancer and other disease by simply…loving yourself.
Your body is the only home you have to live in so treat it well. Never stop learning about ways to prevent, fight, and survive cancer. Get those regular checkups and pre-screenings because early detection raises your chances of survival.

Re: My Predictions That Are Coming True "Incredible, BUT TRUE!"
Have you ever had dreams that were so powerful that you can't forget them? I know I have and usually my dreams are a warning for myself and my family. One of the most powerful dreams came to me when I was 18 years of age. I was sleeping on a ship off the coast of Vietnam. This dream showed my throat being cut and I left my body and was floating above my body. I could see myself lying in a puddle of blood that was spurting from neck like a fountain. There was no one around me and I was left alone on the rear of the ship in this dream. As I floated further and further away from my body, I woke up. I was sweating profusely and I told my best friend that we were going to be attacked that night. He looked at me and laughed and said, "how do you know that?" I told him that I had a powerful dream and this was like no other dream that I ever had before. He was skeptical and said, "oh, I'm suppose to believe your dreams too!" I told him to forget I ever told him that because he was a skeptic by nature. But he didn't forget it. He was a talkative person and by noon everyone in our division (on the ship) knew. They were coming up to me laughing and saying things like, "are you the Prophet? Can you tell me my future?" I had to ignore these kinds of comments all day and I promised myself that I wouldn't tell my best friend about anything else. He was a blabbermouth! But that turned out to be good.
That night, while I was standing the midnight watch, on the rear of the ship, we ran into another ship. I had remained fully alert and I kept my 45 automatic pistol ready for firing. There were enemy soldiers climbing onboard our ship with knives in their mouths and general quarters was sounded. All hands were ordered to man their battle stations. I remembered my vision from my dream and I was doing everything to make sure that this dream didn't come true. Afterwards, we took prisoners, and put them in the brig (a temporary place of confinement) onboard the ship. My friend came up to me and said: "Man you predicted this!" All I could say was "I'm glad you told everybody." We didn't lose any lives on the U.S. side. But, it wasn't over yet, because the worse was yet to come.
Later that day, we pulled into a harbor for a survey of the damages. That was a big mistake! The reason I write that is because snipers were waiting for us and soldiers were coming out of the water from all sides of the ship. I was running in an erratic manner so I wouldn't get picked off by a sniper's bullet. I alerted the crew and we became battle station ready again. This time we weren't so lucky and there were casualties.
After all of this occurred and we resolved the problem onboard ship, people began to look at me differently. My ability to see things before they happen spread throughout the ship and MOST people were incredibly kind to me. It was a strange feeling because I was use to people ignoring me.
When we got back to the U.S., I was given several medals (one being a bronze star) for valor. It was a classified mission so I wasn't allowed to discuss the events with anybody. Even today, I don't go into specifics.
Naturally, there are people who will not believe this story, but it is absolutely true! Could you believe that after all I did for this country (by saving many lives), it still betrays a law-abiding citizen like me?
Re: My Predictions That Are Coming True Quote #1: Appear weak when you are strong, and strong when you are weak.
This is one of the most famous Sun Tzu Art of War quotes. What does it mean?
The goal of any conflict is to control your opponent and overcome them. Controlling their beliefs about your abilities helps you understand their assumptions and plan a strategy accordingly. As a well-known translation of Sun Tzu puts it, “all warfare is based on deception.”
